Wine Tour
1st Day
Arrival at Florence. Transfer to Siena visit of the exhibition Enoteca
Italiana. Dinner at leasure. Overnight at the Hotel.
2nd Day
Morning departure to Montalcino in the area of Brunello;
sightseeing and visit of the Abbey of S. Antimo. Visit of a wine cellar
and tasting of Brunello. Lunch in a typical Trattoria. Aftenoon visit of
Pienza and Montepulciano with taste of vino Nobile. Retour to Siena and
overnight at Hotel.
3rd Day
Full day excursion in the Chianti area including the visit of Brolio
castle with wine taste and Castellina in Chianti with lunch in a typical
Trattoria. Return to Siena. Dinner at leasure, overnight at the hotel.
4th Day
Morning departure to Volterra and sightseeing of the beautifull Etruscan
town famous for alabaster. Lunch in a typical restaurant. Afternoon
visit of S. Gimignano and taste of Vernaccia in a local wine cellar.

5th Day
Visit of Florence, lunch at leasure, afternoon free, dinner and
overnight at hotel.
6th Day
Breakfast at hotel. End of services.
Bologna
Cooking Courses
1st Day
Arrival in Bologna and accomodation at hotel. Welcome cocktail,
dinner at hotel and overnight.
2nd Day
Breakfast at hotel.
Beginning the course with a cook who will teach the art and the secrets
of typical Emilian cuisine. The lessons, each about 2 hours and a half,
will be held in the morning and in the afternoon. Lunch in local
restaurant based on typical regional specialities. Afternoon cooking
course.
Dinner and overnight at hotel.
3rd Day
Breakfast at hotel.
Morning cooking course; lunch in local restaurant. In the afternoon time
at leisure for individual activities. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
4th Day
Breakfast at hotel.
Morning city tour, with local guide, and lunch in local restaurant.
Afternoon free at leisure. In the evening farewell dinner and hand over
of the partecipation certificate.
