 GENERAL CONDITION
Minimum rental is 1 day: 9am. – 7pm. Fuel is
extra. Maintenance and replacement only within the city walls. The client is liable for
all parking and traffic violations. The vehicle must be returned on the fixed date,
otherwise extension of rental be notofied within 24 hours. Should the vehicle be returned
before that date the client will not be refunded.
TRAFFIC RULES
P.zza di Spagna, the Pantheon, P.zza Navona,
trevi Fountain and all sideworks are for pedestrians only; yellow lanes are reserved for
public transport; P.zza San Silvestro and Via del Corso are for authorized vehicles only;
one way streets are for one way traffic. Parking or driving in the above areas is
forbidden and may result in payment of traffic fines. By law 50cc vehicles are for one
person only and crash helmets are compulsory. failure to comply with the law may result in
your paying up to € 500,00 lire fines and/or in siezure of the vehicle for which you shall
have to refund us.
INSURANCE
All vehicles are covered by third party
liability insurance. Always lock your vehicle.
